Communicate well through vibrant health
In our fragmented, technological world, it appears that many people are getting sicker by the minute. Much of it stems from our lack of exercise, overeating, and sitting at a desk for far too long! Other problems generate from the "monkey mind." I've spent the majority of my life in major angst, and the past 10 years in chronic pain. As the pain got worse, my relationships began to dwindle. It is quite difficult to keep relationships with family and friends going when one feels like barbed wire is twisting one's muscles in opposite directions. However, in the past 2 years, I have found some answers to both the angst and the pain, and I don't mean prescription drugs (although I have taken many and still take some).
My journey began with mild stretching, sometimes 3-4 hours per day, and meditation, then home yoga moves, and I have since graduated to Bikram yoga (the most intense form of exercise I've ever experienced!). Although I can now perform Bikram yoga several times per week, when I was really sick, that would have never happened. So I will talk about some of the earlier methods, and I still use these when needed. Moreover, I found Brain Highways at brainhighways.com, and have come to learn that brain disorganization is a major SOURCE of my angst and pain. So I'm now addressing the SOURCES of my pain and not just the symptoms.
I feel like a new person, and now I am enjoying life once again.
