I'm in week 6 of my Brain Highways course, which means I've been creeping for a total of 14 hours or so, and I graduated to crawling last week. I now do both creeping and crawling daily and will continue for several more months. As bizarre as this may seem to you (and seems bizarre to many people), it is most assuredly working. How do I know? First, I have been waking up before 8 am almost every single day for the past two weeks without any alarm. This is unheard of in my life. I used to have to set 10-15 different alarms just so I could get up before 9, and if I had to be up early, like around 6, I was better off staying up all night. Second, I usually cannot focus when there are background noises around me. Yesterday, I was listening to something on the TV and my boyfriend had the stereo pretty loud in the other room, and I was able to tune it out! Third, my obsessive thinking has calmed down. It is still there, but not as prominent in the foreground as before.
These are just a few changes that I've noticed. I will continue to write about this wonderfully brilliant program and my success with it. It is a slow process of reorganizing the brain but TOTALLY worth it!! If you are interested in learning more, please check out BrainHighways.com. You can watch videos, read materials, and take a free assessment to see how organized your brain is.
